PRE-REGISTRATION TERMS OF USAGE — Cruising Downtown 2026 By pre-registering your vehicle for Cruising Downtown, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for your vehicle and personal property at all times during the event. Manchester Rotary Club and event organizers are not liable for any damage, theft, or loss to vehicles, personal property, or persons. 2. EVENT RULES & CONDUCT All participants must follow the directions of event staff and volunteers. No burnouts, excessive revving, reckless driving, or any behavior that endangers the safety of others. Participants engaging in unsafe behavior will be asked to leave immediately. 3. VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS All vehicles must be insured. Race cars and trailer-in vehicles are welcome but must carry valid insurance. Vehicles leaking fluids must have drip pans. The event reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle deemed unsafe. 4. STAGING & PARKING All show vehicles must stage at Brady Sullivan Tower (1750 Elm St, Manchester, NH) before entering the show area. After 11:00 AM, registration moves to Spring Street. Vehicles must follow designated entry routes and park where directed by volunteers. 5. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA By participating, you consent to having your vehicle photographed and images used for event promotion, social media, and press coverage. 6. RAIN OR SHINE This is a rain or shine event. Manchester Rotary Club reserves the right to cancel the event if required to do so by any governmental authority. 7. CHARITABLE PURPOSE All proceeds from this event are redistributed to local nonprofit organizations serving children and families in need throughout the Manchester, NH community. 8. PRE-REGISTRATION Pre-registration is free and does not guarantee a specific parking spot. Pre-registration closes two weeks before the show date. Day-of registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 9. CAR CLUBS If you are registering as part of a car club, please indicate your club name. Car clubs may be grouped together at the discretion of event organizers based on availability and space. 10. HOLD HARMLESS You agree to hold harmless Manchester Rotary Club, the City of Manchester, event sponsors, volunteers, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation in this event.
